In this Role, you’ll get to
- Lead strategic hotel procurement projects for global clients, driving cost savings and satisfaction.
- Analyze client and Trip.Biz data to identify hotel spend optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to craft procurement strategies for cost savings and improved travel experiences.
- Manage projects end-to-end: data analysis, strategy design, RFPs, negotiation, and ongoing optimization.
- Define procurement strategies and lead project execution for on-time, high-quality results.
- Convincingly present project outcomes and recommendations to win client buy-in.
- Support sales in acquiring new and retaining existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel suppliers.
- Secure best-in-class hotel content within your assigned market.
- Collaborate across departments (sales, account management, Product &PMO, customer service etc.) to determine ideal balance of solutions to optimize client’s complex hotel programs – i.e., rate structures, program monitoring solutions, OBT merchandising strategies and other policy and marketing initiative
What you'll Need to Succeed
- University degree or equivalent experience. MBA will be an advantage
- Fluent in English for global business communication
- Preferred minimum 5 years’ experience in Hospitality industry (TMC, OTA, Hotel/Chain)
- Ability to adjust different communication methods depending on the stakeholders
- Advanced skills on travel industry systems GDS Amadeus will be a plus
- Willing to travel frequently
