About the role - you will:

•   Be in charge of HGA Quality which is a department taking care of In overall HGA quality including seeking for room of improvement at Assembly / Test / Process Control starting from Material Incoming through Finish good Inventory. 

•   Your job can be divided into 2 main parts 

   -   the first one is to carefully monitor the HGA a quality with deep-dive E2E analysis skills to capture the abnormality in any processes to ensure that we can deliver the good quality products to customers. 8D concepts will be applied to solve the complex issue and get the solid permanent actions. 

   -   The second one is initiative projects driven by Industrial 4.0 and Prescriptive Approach concept. Continuous Improvement is the key focus of our department. We need to beat the yesterday.

•   Ability to work under the pressure where your working result impact to product outgoing quality to customer

•   Good written and oral communication skills in Thai & English
