Align blueprint of new product or solution development and innovation roadmap for non-transactional products and align with Retail business strategy.
Drive for change as per product strategy and plan by sharing plan with value chain.
Evaluate business opportunities and develop new products and services in line with client needs and market outlook.
Understand customer’s need and manage the subordinated team to develop and customize product and service to suit customers’ need and competitive to other banks as well as renew and revise product features to keep abreast with market change.
Manage the subordinated team and product partners to tailor deposit products and services in terms of product/service feature, pricing and associated benefits that are aligned with customer’s value proposition formulated by Retail Segment Management.
Ensure the delivery of product and services contents and get approval according to control framework (e.g., PSAP).
Keep abreast of rules and regulations and maintain compliance control and monitoring.
Design an in-dept end-to-end journey to deliver a good customer experience since on-boarding until aftersales service.
Responsible and keep track of products performance through key indicators e.g., product income, customer adoption, customer complaints.
Drive sales performance to ensure the delivery of products as per target.
Propose action plan to improve deposits products up and deep sell on client base while increasing client satisfaction.
Monitor and review in-depth product comparison to detect opportunities and anticipate risks
Cascade KPIs and allocate work targets to subordinates in order to monitor performance and achievements.
Allocate and monitor work activities of subordinates in order to align with the operational plan.
Coach and advise subordinates on work activities and recommend work-related problem-solving solutions in order to complete the jobs in a timely manner.
Evaluate subordinates' performance and identify rooms for improvement in order to continuously improve work outputs.
Proactively support and encourage subordinates for further training and development in order to perform at work more effectively.
Accountable for keeping regulatory knowledge updated, product monitoring and controlling to comply with regulatory requirement (e.g., BOT, AML, DPA, RD) and audit commentary or guideline.
Responsible for all regulations governance and review and being able to share knowledge / guideline to all product managers.
Being representative to participate in regulator’s forum (e.g., RD, DPA, AMLO) and being able to interpret into actions for team.
Keep track of risk control items and regular review product framework as per defined guideline.
Responsible for customers’ problem resolution that are from various channels.
Responsible in product communication to all channels and value chain when there is a launch, change of products or regulation or interest rate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field MBA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in the banking, financial services.
Deep understanding of retail banking operations, banking products and related regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower a diverse team of sales professionals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive execution to achieve results.
