Work closely with Business Campaign Optimizer to understand the campaign criteria and also provide feedback in case that there is some tools limitation or data issue.
Deliver a quality lead generation result step-by-step such as WTF result and lead generation raw data including self quality control.
Evaluate and simplify daily-used data and provide preliminary solution to make an effective prep-data in order to reduce lead generation effort.
Supervise the execution, monitoring of Business Campaign and ensure campaign implementation follows with team’s direction.
Explore new CMS tool or solution to reduce workload and improve lead generation performance.
Prepare new ready-to-used data in marketing data mart in terms of having new campaign generation and also improve data accuracy.
Address lead generation problem and raise to related parties to get a solid solution to prevent a possible delay.
Work closely with Campaign Optimizer, MIS and CRM teams.
Use CMS tool or campaign automation platform to generate end-to-end marketing leads; Direct Marketing, Market Survey and Social Custom audience, Marketing Fulfillment and loyalty rule-based.
Continue to ensure the readiness of CMS equipped to answer business requirement.
Develop requirement and work closely with MIS for CMS new component, new data prep, new lead process and new auto-tracking including near-time lead generation.
Ensure and Monitor lead generation process that is set as automate; daily, weekly and resume process in timely manner.
Work with CRM team on requirement to serve marketing functions.
Conduct Pre/Post analysis or tracking for lead generation assignment and provide way of improvement.
Commit to lead generation effectiveness; accuracy, success rate, contribution to retail business volume.
Manage team member to deliver lead generation within agreed timeline.
Provide a quality assurance framework and apply those to team member to improve lead generation quality.
Lead the innovation team and analyze, optimize campaigns, and deliver data-driven insights, as well as work with Campaign Optimizer.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Major BBA / Econ or related field.
Sales Management or CRM field experienced at least 7 yrs.
Experience in Banking business or other Financial services industries.
