Manage and provide sales target to sales team through an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of the business to reach out target customers and generate the most profitable opportunities.
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands bank’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Design and calculate rewards and incentives to stimulate the performance of sales and service teams.
Initiate and execute an event or campaigns marketing to attract customers and boost sales.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Qualification
Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Finance & Banking, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in sales management, marketing, or banking industry with strong know-how and understanding in AEC market
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Strong in communication and presentation skill
