Head of Facilities Management

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct the running of our facilities and create a safe and efficient work environment that improves business performance and optimizes staff productivity.
• Assist our organization in minimizing disruptions to overall business operations, improving working conditions, and creating a safe and comfortable environment for both staff and clients.
• Evaluate and understand customers’ behaviors, including tenants, to create the best experience as possible when using our facilities.
• Identify area for operation improvement, set standard and ensure execution. Develop and planning to improve all facility to be excellent for all customer and tenants.
• Prepare yearly planning both in budgeting and in renovation and improvement for the building.
• Inspect the work quality of all the departments working in the building and ensure the high standard of work in each aspect.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of direct experience in Facility Management, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of facility management software and technology.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
