Qualifications
degree in any field
years of engineering experience in a medium-sized or larger tech company including 6+ years managing high performance teams
ability to hire and grow senior leaders and managers
technical craft mastery and engineering discipline
organization capabilities, especially in regards to influence, collaboration, and communication
and experience with Scrum and Agile development processes and methodologies
in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skill in both languages
