Head of Engineering & Architecture Solution Management
Key Responsibilities:
•Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders, including property managers, facilities teams, and business units, to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and develop architectural designs that optimize the organization's property portfolio.
•Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise in areas such as building systems, infrastructure, sustainability, energy management, and space planning. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to propose and implement innovative solutions.
•Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams to manage and deliver property-related projects and ATM installation, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
•Design and Development: Develop detailed architectural designs and ATM appearance, including space planning, interior layouts, furniture specifications, and technology integration, considering functional requirements, employee experience, and branding guidelines using BIM.
•Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery, monitor performance, SLA, negotiate contract scope and condition to obtain the best value for the organization. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
•Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural drawings, specifications, project plans, and reports, to facilitate effective communication, knowledge sharing, and compliance.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
•Associate professional engineering or architecture license is a must. Professional engineering license or architecture is preferred.
•Proven experience as an architect, engineer, or similar role in the corporate property and services domain.
•Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building systems, infrastructure, and project management methodologies.
•Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
•Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adhere to budget constraints.
