Head of Delivery Platform
Role & Responsibilities
• Lead and responsible for full-stack of Solution, focusing on common on boarding platform
• Define project scope based on objectives given by project owner and executive until manage project in terms of timing, deliverables, budget, and risks
• Define clear vision and aspiration of the new digital products, based on understanding of the customers’ pain points, competitive landscape and the bank’s strategic direction
• Understand customer’s needs and define clear problem statement
• Benchmark to competitive landscape (banks and non-banks)
• Define what the new digital solutions aspire to be and how to measure the success (OKR)
• Oversee the product development process to go from high-level product concept to business requirement, customer journey design and ultimately the delivery of the product
• Ensure design principles and service standard of the new products meet the requirement imposed by the bank / OneApp as a platform in order to ensure consistent and seamless customer experience
• Monitor business result and customer feedback as input to post-launch continuous improvement or if necessary, pivoting of the product concept to new areas
• Lead design and execution of IT Proof Of Concept (POC) that is relevant to scope of area of responsibility
Qualifications
• At least 10 years of experience for people management
• Knowledge of relevant programming languages
• Comfortable communicating with executive leadership and understanding of how to manage a budget
• Familiarity with best practices and training for software development
• Ability to work with necessary tools and software
• Coding and programming knowledge
• Understanding cybersecurity protocols and best practices
• Working with software engineering tools and software
