About the role
As a Full-Time Entry-Level Guest Experience Expert - Operator, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable and unique experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to guide guests through their entire stay, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with us.

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
