What would I do as a Growth Marketing Analyst?
- Develop, implement and test digital marketing strategies across channels to find the best method to grow each of our unique clients
- Create new and monitor existing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn, Shopee, Lazada and other digital marketing platforms
- Conduct data-driven (A/B) testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copy and campaigns to improve key metrics down the marketing funnel
- Manage and allocate budgets across campaigns and platforms to maximize ROI
- Assist on tracking setup using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Facebook
- Communicate directly and proactively with clients regarding campaigns’ performance
- Regularly brainstorm and closely collaborate with our other teams - i.e. creative, tech - to come up with new ideas for tests or ways to improve
- Understand client’s business model and their unique challenges, audiences, messaging and brand positioning
- Adopt a client oriented approach to strengthen client working relationships
- Spend 20% of your time to help improve marketyze - these projects range from new service development, to service improvement to other core projects that help our company grow
