Job Description

• Responsible for giving direction to the entire Food & Beverage Department.
• Able to improve service standards to increase guest satisfaction and overall hygiene standards.
• Ability to train others and pass on knowledge.
• Stimulates sales and profit, controls operating expenses.
• Participates in menu planning and pricing with Sales & Marketing and Food & Beverage Culinary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Food & Beverage in the management level.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage Strategy Planning & Implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable to the new normal services.
• Ability to handle multiple function and pro-active.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
