Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist
Job Responsibility
• Prepare and review the see through NAB-TH financial performance from TBEV central accounting which is consolidated from all NAB BUs (eg. Sermsuk PLC, Oishi PLC, Thaidrinks, MTM, NUMs, TBEV production plants, TBM, TBL, CI and other TBEV businesses).
• Recheck the actual performance and inform the manager about required adjustments to expense allocation errors in order to provide management financial report on time since the existing system cannot support the new business model.
• Provide financial performance by brand, channel and total business, and track actual vs. budget with preliminary analysis.
• Prepare NAB financial peformance presentation for all NAB related meetings.
• Assist the manager to co-ordianate with planning team for actual performance explanation, then planning team will proceed further in reflecting opportunities and risks to the latest estimate P&L.
• Supply chain cost analysis that driven by all Route to Market such as Sermsuk, TBL, Cash Van that impact to NAB profitability.
• Overhead analysis that include Personal cost (Big portion) by entity such as Sermsuk, Oishi, Thai Drinks , MTM to ensure we tracking and monitor the appropriate ratio to Sales
Job Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree of Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Financial/Management accounting experience more than 3 yrs with auditing experience
• FMCG financial background is preferred
• Able to prepare, review, and analyze P&L statement in all dimensions within the timelines
• Able to handle with stressful situation, and ad hoc works
• Fluent in English language
• Management skills
