Field Service Engineer - PCB & Metallization

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Interact with PCB fabricators frequently to understand customers’ needs, defend existing business, and explore new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal functional groups to accelerate new product development and commercialization by contributing field knowledge.
• Leverage efficient expertise to expand DuPont products to different processes and equipment allocation.
• Work closely with commercial team and provide technical services including new product promotion, installation, and critical troubleshooting to meet customer needs by equipping with technology professionals.
• Bring tech-marketing insights into the organization.

Job Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials or equivalent.

Skills And Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience with Cu electroplating in PCB industry.
• Prior experience and knowledge in relevant areas of technology, such as imaging transfer and electroless Cu is an advantage.
• Strong data analytical and DOE capabilities. Comfortable and experienced with using data analytics to drive decisions. Familiar with analytical software (e.g. JMP, Minitab, MS Excel).
• A strong self-motivator with good working discipline, interpersonal skills, and leadership potential.
• Strong logical thinking and business acumen.
• Fluent in Thai and English both oral and written.
• Fluent in Chinese is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and having obtained a driving license.
