Generate and drive sales volume, focusing on expanding capacity and market share in both existing and new countries.
Explore and develop distribution channels to new countries across Asia, Europe, and America.
Achieve sales targets by recruiting new clients and increasing sales volume among existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support their requirements.
Review weekly and monthly sales reports with management to evaluate progress toward goals and objectives.
Communicate market trends, pricing issues, and other key factors related to sales performance.
Conduct market analysis, develop new products within the assigned category, and propose strategies to improve or maintain category performance in export markets.
Organize events such as product launches and participate in international exhibitions.
Analyze market conditions, competitors, and consumer insights to develop marketing strategies (product positioning, competitor analysis).
Understand pricing structure, cost structure, and develop feasibility models, sales forecasts, and P&L analysis for New Product Development (NPD).
Act as a project manager to lead and facilitate operations, coordinating with internal and external teams (trade marketing, sales, supply chain, R&D, production, suppliers, and/or OEM) to resolve issues and create business value in NPD projects.
Provide relevant product or category information to the marketing or export team upon request.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in International Business Management or a related field.
Experience in the FMCG business with own brand products.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
