Provide high-level administrative support to the Sales Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Serve as a liaison between the Bangkok office and headquarters, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with company objectives, reporting day to day activities to HQ.
Translate written and verbal communications between English and Thai for the Sales Director and other team members as needed.
Assist with document preparation, presentations, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and communications.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Thai, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a multinational company or foreign organization.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
