ความรับผิดชอบ
Administrative Tasks and Personal Assistance:
- Handle all general administrative and miscellaneous tasks. Craft clear memos, handling all paperwork and expenses documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/events and assist with preparations.
- Attend assigned meetings, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items and progress on behalf of Innovation Division.
- Provide personal assistance to the Associate Chief Administrative Officer. Handle appointments, calls, conferences/guest speaker events, and travel.
Retail Space Business Development:
- Source and evaluate potential vendors for the retail space within the hospital ensuring a patient-centric store mix.
- Submit proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate all steps leading up to store opening.
Patient Experience & Special Projects:
- Organize multidisciplinary meetings and engage multiple stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical departments to collaborate on patient experience improvement projects.
- Run reports on patient feedback, patient experience surveys, and other relevant data.
- Assist on coordination and implementation of other special projects

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any field
- Fluent in written and verbal Thai
- Intermediate level of English
- Critical thinking and ability to coordinate through difficult situations
- Can-do attitude, self-starter, and has positive mindset
- High attention to detail, highly organized, and great prioritization skill
- High resilience and emotional maturity
