Support HGA maintenance tasks to produce HGA with high quantity and meet per delivery plan
Typical duties: Action on the preventive maintenance, machine repairs and machine setup on the automation machines and tooling, follow maintenance procedure.
For the machine repair, need to investigate front line issue, find out the root cause and report to supervisor/engineer for long term action plan. Follow up the machine status after repairing.
Control HGA quality by monitoring the machine KPIVs and KPOVs, via the Tableau or log file. Take immediately action if detect the out of control with the report summary.
Initiate Kaizen or improvement idea and consult to supervisor or engineer.

Diploma and/or equivalent experience
