Co-design and implement employee experience initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Take the lead in executing company initiatives related to employee engagement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as HR, leadership teams, and vendors, to develop and deliver engaging employee experience campaigns and events.
Manage projects related to employee engagement, ensuring timely completion and alignment with overall goals.
Monitor employee sentiment through surveys, focus groups, and other methods. Analyze results and recommend action plans to improve the work environment and promote company values.
Qualifications
Possess a bachelor's degree in Corporate Culture, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, Project Management, Marketing, or another relevant field.
Demonstrate a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a plus.
Showcase creative thinking, with project management skills.
Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
