Responsibility of all tasks relating to electrical protection relays, medium & high voltage switchgears, Air & Gas insulated switchgears (AIS&GIS), power transformers, underground power cables and electrical predictive maintenance of electrical power distribution, transmission, and interconnection network of GPSC and Glow Plants to industrial customers, EGAT, and PEA.
Responsible in Relay Protection and HV System Section for electrical protection relay, switchgear, transformer, and underground cable, transmission line predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting work.
Planning, budgeting, performing, and reporting for electrical preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, condition-based maintenance, and predictive maintenance work.
Coordination with Operation and Maintenance team at each plant in GPSC & Glow Plants, and Industrial Customer for execution of electrical works such as work plan, permit to work (PTW) request, Job Safety and Environmental Analysis (JSEA), Management of Change (MOC) relating to Relay Protection and HV System work.
Responsibility of work as requested by Engineering, plant modification, and project construction department for engineering design, factory acceptance test FT), site acceptance test (SAT), installations, commissioning relating to electrical relay protection and HV system work.
Development and/or updating electrical work instruction, procedures for electrical equipment testing, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical predictive maintenance.
Ensuring work compliance with GPSC Group Security, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (SSHE) Policy
Completion of any other task as assigned by his supervisor and/or his manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical Power engineering.
At least 3-5 years' well proven experience in electrical maintenance engineering works and troubleshooting, for power plants or high voltage electrical power distribution and transmission network equipment and system.
Well proven experience in working with various contractors and industrial customers.
Possess strength experiences, working skills and knowledge in high voltage electrical power engineering.
Possess all aspects of electrical work safety mindsets.
Possess high supervisory skills and effective teamwork player.
Being available to work on electrical related work as "on call' basis in any short notices.
Good command in English (TOEIC Score of 550 is required)
