Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant experiences in digital marketing are a plus.
• 3 years of experience in developing and executing successful online marketing campaigns, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in online marketing, particularly in the e-commerce sector.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
• Manage e-commerce marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Shopify, including overseeing product listings, and ensuring adherence to marketplace guidelines.
• Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAM) to execute relevant marketing campaigns on the e-commerce marketplace platforms, aligning promotional activities with overall brand objectives and driving sales growth.
• Collaborate with external partners, such as influencers and content creators, to amplify brand reach, foster brand advocacy, and drive user-generated content.
• Monitor and manage online reputation by promptly addressing customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback through various online platforms.
• Monitor and optimize in-platform ads, ensuring optimal ROAS and adherence to monthly budget.
