Responsibilities
As a member of the Regional Transport Team based out of Thailand, the incumbent will partner with the Manager to support the Regional Functional Heads, in a proactive and consultative approach, in the full spectrum of department which includes but not limited to the following Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and program approach to transport initiatives and business plans so to achieve targeted growth and development objectives.
- Targeted engagement with stakeholders on transport initiatives to obtain aligned and coordinated approach
- Project and or Program ownership and sponsorship.
- Deliver workshops in mature and emerging markets sharing industry and company best practice.
- Drive TMS deployment and improvement throughout the region to support improved transport management capability, visibility, compliance and reporting
- Transport policy development
- Significant element of the role requires working with Global, Regional, Cluster and Country stakeholders on transport and related initiatives to achieve targeted growth and development objectives
- Knowledge of regional transport development and capabilities across APAC markets
