• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and inspire the sales and marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Relationship Building: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders, including clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
• Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets effectively to maximize ROI while staying within financial constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Director of Sales & Marketing or Commercial Director in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
