Organize acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple channels and manage relationships with external partners
Monitor campaign performance indicators to identify profitable ones
Optimize marketing assets such as videos, images, texts, and test them to identify the most effective ones for different campaigns
Optimize product presentation page: keywords, app icon, texts, screenshots in online stores (such as Google Play and the App Store) to enhance conversion rate, increase organic, ranking in stores.
Identify target users based on category and life circle of games
Redirect acquired users to new products (cross-promotion)
Responsible for colleting data, can analyze and summarize data to optimize ROAS or LTV.
Responsible for the daily optimizing campaigns with advertising agencies, partners, etc.
Produce advertising creatives and collaborate with designers to produce advertising materials
Planning and strategy for UA channels to reach performance and objective of product following monthly, quarterly and yearly.
1. Digital marketing:
- Experience of digital marketing concepts, tools, and trends
- Specifically, experience of:
Analyzing A/B tests.
Key performance indicators (Lifetime Value, Cost per Install, eCPM, etc.).
Programmatic marketing and associated concepts (SSP, DSP, RTB, DMP, etc.).
Primary free and paid acquisition channels (SEO, interstitial videos, cross-promotion, pre-roll video, SEA, etc.) and their characteristics.
Industry trends and how to position oneself in relation to them.
2. Mathematics and Statistics:
Experience of mathematics is required to manipulate figures related to acquisition campaigns. This includes calculating average profitability, ROI, confidence intervals, and mastering probability concepts to evaluate financial risks.
3. Data visualization and reporting:
Using data visualization as both a management tool for campaigns and analyze the reason to reach KPI performance.
You should be capable of creating charts, tables, and data visualizations that communicate complex information clearly and efficiently.
4.Other skill & experiences
6 months experience in managing mobile game user acquisition campaigns across viable channels including ad networks, social and emerging technology.
Skill in making creative for User acquisition campaigns: video, banner, playable ads.
Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Be able to work with teams across different geographies and time zones.
