Campaign Lead - Marketing, Shopee

1. Team Leadership and Growth:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team in the conceptualization, execution, and optimization of platform campaigns.

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring team members are equipped with the necessary skills and resources for success.

2. Strategic Direction and Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Develop and communicate clear strategic direction to align efforts across various functions, including Business Development, Marketing, and Operations.

• Facilitate seamless coordination between teams, ensuring that key objectives are met and aligned with overarching organizational goals.

3. Performance Campaign Analysis and Data Insights:

• Consolidate and review post-campaign performance analyses, identifying key trends and insights that can inform future strategies.

• Provide actionable recommendations based on performance data to enhance the efficacy and results of future campaigns.

4. Process Improvement and Workflow Optimization:

• Champion continuous process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization strategies within the team.

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement targeted solutions that enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

5. Project Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and targets are achieved.

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the campaign lifecycle.

• Min 5 years of experience in corporate environment

• Good critical thinking and systematic problem solving  

• Good strategic thinking and communication

• Strong data analysis

• Strong stakeholder management skill

• Lead a medium team size before

• Prior experience in budget and resource management
