The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role requires a strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
1. Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities:
Being able to generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, etc.).
Qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline.
Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential banks, financial institution & partners, help foster long-term collaboration.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
(Senior) Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
2. Driving Sales Growth:
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
(Senior) Develop and implement sales strategies.
Collaborating with Internal Teams:
Address day-to-day challenges in partnership operations, cross teams collaborating to find solutions and keep initiatives on track as well as handle arising issues.
Support in preparing reports, tracking partnership metrics, and maintaining organized documentation related to bank & partner collaborations
Bachelor's degree in in Business/ Banking/ Finance. Any additional training in fintech or e-payment is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in Business Development/ Partnerships/ Project Management role. Having knowledge in Fintech/ Banking/Digital Wallet/ Product owner is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
