Derivatives Operations Manager

Job Descriptions

• Manage the derivatives trading operation, including settlement, clearing, and reconciliation
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, including SEC, TCH, and TFEX regulations
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, and implement new systems or processes to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in derivatives trading operations within a financial services firm
• In-depth understanding of derivatives products, including futures and options, with a strong focus on daily clearing and settlement processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in relevant software applications (BSB, clearing house systems, back office systems, or trade order management systems)
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and formulas.
