Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Responsibilities:

• Management Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive management reports for monthly/quarterly Executive Committee Meetings, highlighting key financial metrics, performance trends, and actionable insights.
• Analysis and Decision Support: Design and initiate analysis reports as necessary to support management decision-making, including monitoring subsidiaries’ performance and operations. Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
• ERP Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the MS NAV application, collaborating closely with the IT infrastructure team to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of the ERP system.
• Process Improvement: Provide advice and support for process improvements related to MS NAV and other financial systems, both within the Group and its subsidiaries. Lead or contribute to assigned projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Report Integration: Support the integration of functional reports generated by the Report Builder (JET reporting) into the overall reporting framework, ensuring consistency and accuracy across various reporting formats.
• Data Custody and Security: Maintain responsibility for the custody and security of ERP databases, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
• OKR Champion: Act as a champion for the Group’s Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework, working closely with teams to align financial planning and analysis activities with strategic objectives.
• Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the finance function and the organization.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, or CMA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems, specifically MS NAV. Experience with JET reporting or similar report-building tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to senior management.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure teams, to implement process improvements and ensure smooth operations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
