Responsibilities:

• Work on floor in the shop and managing day-to-day operations
• Start learning by working from sales associate’s duties to understand operation before operating the store
• Possess visual merchandising and displays experience
• Leading and driving sales team to achieve predetermined sales targets and ensure of high customer service standards at all time
• Solved problems of sales productivity, inventory control, staffing plan and manpower control
• Maintain high level of Customer service; manage all customer issues and complaints
• Work closely with Brand Principle and International Team;
• Ensure that the operation meet brands standard
• Supervise, train and motivate staffs to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience as Manager with the retail fashion is an advantage
• English proficiency in business level
• Passion in fashion and business, eager to learn and grow with the company
• Able to work flexible hours and on weekends (Shift hours)
• Have proven evidence of leadership skill
• Understand of cross-cultural and service minded
• Able to work under pressure and time-constraints
• Analytical skill and problem-solving skill
• Possesses positive attitude, flexible and trustworthy
• Able to work as team player or independently
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Energetic, self motivated, well-organized, and good discipline
