Position Title: Demand Planning Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales input to ensure accurate demand planning.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather insights and align demand plans with business objectives.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans as necessary to reflect changes in market conditions or customer behavior.
- Generate demand planning reports and dashboards to support decision-making and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Lead and participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand and supply strategies.
- Work closely with inventory management and production planning teams to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory or stockouts.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within demand planning and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve forecasting techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience with demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of S&OP processes and inventory management.
- Certification in Supply Chain or Demand Planning is an advantage.
- Excellent communication in English TOEIC 550+ (If any)
Salary Range: 35,000-45,000 THB
Working Day: Monday – Friday: 08.30-17.30
