Roles and Responsibilities:
● Data Collection and Analysis:
-Gather and analyze data from various sources, including website analytics, app analytics, social media platforms, marketplaces, and CRM systems.
-Utilize SAP S4 HANA, Firebase, Google Analytics, Data Studio, social media analytics (Meta, TikTok, etc.), AppsFlyer, Tableau, Looker, and other relevant tools to extract and analyze data.
-Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
● Marketplace Data Analysis:
-Collect and analyze data from marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to understand sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
-Integrate marketplace data with other data sources to provide a comprehensive view of customer interactions.
● Data Integration and Warehousing:
-Develop and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
-Integrate data from multiple platforms and channels to create a comprehensive view of customer interactions.
-Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
● Dashboard Creation and Reporting:
-Develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
-Create regular and ad-hoc reports to track campaign performance, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
-Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
● Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
-Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns.
-Provide recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
● Cross Platform Analysis:
-Ability to do data analysis across all platforms and channels.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
● Proven track record of providing actionable insights that drive business results.
● Strong understanding of online marketing metrics and KPIs.
● Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA.
● Advanced skills in using data analytics tools, including: Google Analytics, Data Studio, Firebase, Social media analytics platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.), AppsFlyer, Tableau, Looker, ETC
