    Customer Support Supervisor

    Position Details

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provides excellent customer support to those who have questions, call in, or visit the office location.
    • Collaborates and assists sales department with sales admin, upcoming initiatives, and customer facing tasks.
    • Working together with internal Sales and Marketing team to support business partners and clients and manage business needs with high level of service
    • To Identify high potential business partners (business analysis, monitors and reports on activities and market research)
    • To Contribute to the correct implementation and usage of the Sales and Marketing tools
    • To send out mass and individual communication to distributors
    • To create and develop posts on Social Media
    • Works closely with Distributor Support in the ASEA headquarters in the US

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • BA in communications or similar education
    • Microsoft outlook, teams, Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • 1 - 3 years of experience in working in a Backoffice, Direct Selling Company or a comparable field.
    • Curiosity for language, culture, regional nuance, and the desire to continually build empathy. Experience in content and marketing is a plus.
    • Fluent in Thai and English.
    • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and have a commitment to quality and accuracy.
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask and work well under pressure.
    • Advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
    • English and Thai proficiency in speaking and writing.
    • Candidate must be able to work independently, yet be a team player, and willing to learn.
    • Fun working in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.
