หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze, improve and control all logistics activities and subordinates to achieve targets relating to the sustainable growth of the organization and individuals by control manpower and process management.

• Supervise and monitor customer service team (25 persons) in import-export (both sea & air), cross border, customs clearance, container haulage shipment handling.

• Participate to standardized operational process and monitoring system to complete accurate shipment flow.

• Support, involve, taking part of above services with operation team. To make sure operation will be proceeding properly.

• Be a representative to deal with external/ internal parties; customers, government officers, vendors, coordinate with related division.

• Provide professional advice to Management , Sale & Business development and customer service team leaders.

• Recruit, setting target, coaching and performance monitoring of operation team.

• Monitor & control profit & loss of service provide. Including follow debt of company (AR).

• Summarize and prepare related reports to Management Team (Korean).

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in any related field.

• More 10 years of working experience with Freight Forwarder Company or related Industrial.

• Working experience as assistance manger/manager level in Logistics field: sea-air freight services with sound working knowledge of sea-air, import-export operation, cross border, customs clearance, container haulage process.

• Be the Customs Specialist or passed the Customs Specialist Program by Customs Department will be advantage.

• Team management skills.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills and ability to build good relationship both internal and external.

• Good command of both spoken and written English.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Having experience in international trade agreement will be an advantage.

• Able to work at Laemchabang, Chonburi.
