Develop CRM objectives, strategies and plan to support business goal aligned with marketing theme and strategy.
Develop and implement digital CRM programs to support consumer activities which included online offline of recruitment & retention campaign.
Track Consumer behavior. Develop report and presentation to related parties.
Develop, organize and implement promotional and educational support materials directed at the consumer in consultation with marketing to increase the user base and retain current users of the Company’s nutritional products.
Establish a system for the analysis of the effectiveness of all CRM programs, collate the required information, conduct analysis of these programs and measuring the success rate.
Manage, control and maximize CRM budget.
Develop, maintain, monitor and continuously update the database.
Ensure that products and services offered through CRM activities are in compliance with local legislative requirements.
Plan and carry out other duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications:
University Degree in Business Administration other related fields.
Master Degree will be a plus.
Nutrition / Science Based Degree will be a plus.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Customer Relationship Management
