Responsibilities:
Leading Creative Strategy Development:
- Conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for creative differentiation across platforms.
- Developing key strategies with clients for social campaigns involving creators and content with a particular focus on influencer marketing executions over not-limited to TikTok
- Understand Thai consumers, local insights and how to ideate those into a form of relevant creative strategy
- Deep understanding of various Social channels for creative execution and how those channels align differently with respect to creative approach
- Liaison regionally and locally with cross-functional team members of Creative Strategy, Business Development, Account Management and Creator Partnership
Concept Generation and Ideation:
- Organize and participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original creative concepts and ideas.
- Pitching and presenting ideas to external business partners.
- Assess existing client creative strategies and provide direction and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop agency thought leadership on the alignment of creative to the customer journey
Campaign Execution:
- Oversee the execution of specific campaign elements, ensuring adherence to the overall strategy and timelines.
- Support Brand Storytelling and Messaging
- Support with the crafting of effective messaging that aligns with brand values, communicates key messages coherently, and drives desired actions.
Training and development:
- Provide training and consultation for clients in relation to our products, processes and social landscape.
Staying Ahead of Trends:
- Continuously researches and analyzes emerging trends in marketing, technology, and creative practices. And identifies and adopts innovative approaches to incorporate new technologies and trends into creative strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong creative mind with 5+ years of creative or social content experiences
- Experience working with influencers/KOLs and/or content creators would be a strong plus
- Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals
- Possess professional command of English and Thai
- Knowledge of developing marketing strategies for cross content execution
- Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately with keen attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of key social media channels primarily TikTok, but also Facebook, Instagram and Youtube
- Able to manage deadlines with strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience handling regional campaigns is a strong plus OR working background in a regional dynamics e.g. SEA, APAC
- Experience in working in creative advertising industry with exposure in creating video content for digital formats is a key advantage
- Ability to work in a hybrid set-up
