Corporate Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models for real estate projects, acquisitions, and investments.
• Analyze financial performance metrics, including IRR, NPV, and ROI for various real estate assets.
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts for development projects and asset management.
• Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets for the company’s real estate portfolio.
• Assess potential real estate investment opportunities through detailed financial appraisal and market research.
• Conduct feasibility studies on new development or acquisition opportunities, considering financial, legal, and regulatory factors.
• Prepare regular financial reports, including cash flow analysis, P&L, and balance sheet reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and corporate policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred.
• 3-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis, ideally within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate financial modeling, investment analysis, and capital markets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a solid understanding of valuation techniques and real estate metrics.
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance, including knowledge of relevant real estate financial regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle complex financial problems and propose creative solutions.
