Job responsibilities:
1. Job Evaluation and Grading
- Review and conduct job evaluations for existing and new positions in Thailand
- Align evaluations with the global grading system.
2. Compensation and Benefits Strategy
- Ensure C&B improvement plan has been implemented as C&B Strategic plan
- Continuously analyze and review existing C&B plans to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
- Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of new C&B programs.
3. Communication and Consultation
- Collaborate with senior leaders, line managers, and employees
- Clearly communicate company C&B principles and approaches
- Provide C&B consultancy to other HR functions (e.g., HRBP, HR Shared Services)
4. Market Intelligence
- Participate in local C&B networks to stay informed about market trends
- Contribute to and analyze total remuneration surveys
- Provide market benchmark, job pricing and compensation recommendation.
5. Compliance and Optimization
- Monitor local regulatory changes affecting C&B
- Ensure C&B plans remain compliant and optimally structured
6. Systems and Process Improvement
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of HR information systems.
- Partnering with HR Operation Shared Services for C&B process improvements.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- At least bachelor's in business administration, (master's degree Preferred) with strong financial management.
- At least 5 years direct experience in compensation & benefits areas especially in reward framework management and development
- Strong background in implementation of compensation policy
- Evidence of multi-cultural immersion, used to work in a global company environment
- Experience in job grade method of well-known HR consultant firm e.g. Hay, Mercer, Towers Watson
