Community Operations Specialist – Thai Market

What’s your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• As part of international team, you will support one of the leading social media platforms
• You will help build safe communities for millions of people around the globe
• Assist our community members accurately and on time
• Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on platform such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
• Review reported content and respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy

Who are we looking for?

• Fluency in written and spoken English, and Thai
• Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree is required
• More than 1 year experiences in any field
• A deep interest and understanding of online media and social networks
• Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events in Thailand
• Goal-oriented work approach and flexibility
• Able to work in Shifts
