Research product features, audience behavior, and platform trends to propose Social Strategy.
Propose monthly or campaign-based social content plans aligned with product and marketing strategy.
Build content pillars and directional briefs based on insights and platform requirements.
Production Management
Coordinate with freelancers/agencies to ensure content production meets quality, timeline, and branding guidelines.
Review and approve content at multiple stages (pre-production and final assets).
Supervise publishing schedules and ensure real-time monitoring of live content.
Manage risks related to off-brand or inappropriate content.
Channel Management & Growth:
Track performance data across platforms and generate regular reports.
Extract insights to evaluate content effectiveness and user response.
Monitor industry and platform trends to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
Proactively suggest improvements to strategy, format, and content direction.
1. 1–3 years of experience in social media operations, digital content management, or community marketing.
2. Hands-on experience managing brand channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) is a strong advantage.
3. Proficient in tracking performance metrics and extracting actionable insights from data.
4. Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.
5. Strong personal interest in League of Legends: Wild Rift
