Develop and refine the brand's overarching strategy, defining its unique value proposition and positioning within the luxury retail market
Craft a clear brand identity, ensuring that it resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's core values
Lead the development of a comprehensive brand architecture, optimizing the brand and product portfolio to capture new growth segments and reinforce market leadership across the lifestyle ecosystem.
Establish brand equity measurement frameworks that track and report on the health, perception, and financial impact of the brand across all touchpoints and segments
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to continuously evolve the brand strategy
Marketing and Communication:
Lead the development of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's story, products, and lifestyle
Drive the development and execution of breakthrough marketing campaigns that not only communicate brand story and products but also cultivate deep emotional connections and foster brand advocacy.
Leverage advanced analytics and consumer insights to optimize campaign performance, assess ROI, and continually refine marketing strategies for maximum impact and efficiency.
Oversee the strategic allocation and management of the overall brand budget, ensuring investment drives sustainable growth, brand equity, and profitability.
Innovation & Product Strategy:
Define White Spaces, New Segments and relevant Insights to develop New Products / ranges to capture growth potential to new customer segments or unmet needs.
Lead the strategic definition of the New Product Development (NPD) roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the overall brand vision, market opportunities, and competitive advantage.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, and Product Development to translate brand vision into tangible product innovation that upholds brand aesthetics, quality, and values.
Pioneer the integration of brand purpose and sustainability into product development and communication, reinforcing the brand's long-term relevance and societal impact.
Commercialization & Business Growth Enablement
Collaborate closely with Retail team to ensure brand strategies translate into effective commercialization plans, driving market share and revenue growth.
Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility, extend market reach, and unlock new customer segments.
Leadership
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing brand team, fostering a culture of strategic thinking, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Champion cross-functional collaboration with key departments (Integrated Marketing, Retail Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies and initiatives that contribute to overall business success.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a significant plus.
Experiences:
A visionary brand leader with 10+ years’ experience of Brand Management/ brand development/ brand building, experience in Luxury, Retail, Fashion, Jewelry, Beauty or lifestyle is a plus
Proven track record of successfully transforming or expanding a brand's market position and driving significant business growth.
Extensive experience in leading the development and execution of integrated brand strategies across diverse channels and consumer touchpoints, ideally for both brand and retail businesses with multi-store formats.

Brand strategy: experience in identifying Insights, developing Positioning & Brand strategy and execution across different channels. Highly capable of understanding and gaining insights from qualitative and quantitative data and report of internal and external sources. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful brand strategies.
Innovation & Product Development: experience in Product development from strategy, insight generation, product concept and evaluation / selection and building & executing GTM / launch plan. Ability to drive innovation beyond traditional product lines, exploring new categories, services, and brand extensions that align with the overarching lifestyle vision.
Market Research, Data-driven: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and interpretation. Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and trends
Strategic thinking: A strategic thinker who understands consumer psychology, branding, and multi-channel marketing.
