Commercial Lead

What you will be doing

• Develop and implement cutting-edge commercial strategies in line with the company's overall goals

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the digital healthcare ecosystem, expanding our healthcare services and product offerings

• Oversee sales, partnerships, and business development teams, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives in a fast-paced, start-up environment

• Collaborate with other management team members to establish and execute strategic plans for growth, innovation, and market penetration

• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial activities and investments, recommending technology-driven improvements as needed

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, government agencies and regulatory bodies

• Foster a high-performance culture within the commercial team, setting performance goals and providing coaching and mentoring as needed

What we are looking for

Proven experience in senior commercial roles within technology, digital business, or start-up environments is required, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability in sales, partnerships, business development, and innovative business model creation

• Strong understanding of the digital healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics, is a plus

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

• Proven ability to develop and execute successful commercial strategies in the digital and tech landscape is required

• Demonstrated experience in managing and negotiating contracts and partnerships with business partners is required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and technology insights, are required
