KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. IBP Process Improvement & Sales Planning Support:
- Continuously maintain and improve IBP processes.
- Own and enhance planning tools, including MT account plans and promotion planning tools.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to complete account plans effectively.
2. Data Management & Consolidation:
- Develop and own a single source of truth for MT data.
- Consolidate data from various sources, ensuring it is organized and meaningful for business decisions.
- Map data accurately and integrate it into actionable reports.
3. Reporting & Visualization:
- Initiate and automate reports to improve planning processes.
- Visualize data insights using Power-BI and present findings to stakeholders.
- Support the creation of combined datasets for comprehensive reporting (e.g., MT Sales KPI dashboard).
4. System Ownership & Support:
- Supervise business analytics admin and be the expert on sales-related systems (SAP BI, TPM).
- Resolve system issues and ensure seamless operation of TPM and SAP BI.
5. Trade Spending Analysis & Operations:
- Lead MT R&C planning with a focus on promo spending effectiveness.
- Facilitate approval processes between sales and finance.
- Lead stock allocation in case of shortages and manage month-end landing (Warroom).
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in a sales planning or business analytics role.
- Proficiency in Excel, CSV, and Power-BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in FMCG or similar industries is a plus.
