Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology with MBA would be an advantage.
Minimum 2- 3 years’ experience in a project management, marketing and / or business development role or equivalent position.
Industry Knowledge: have a solid understanding of market trends, competitors, and the overall business landscape.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Possess analytical skills to assess market opportunities, evaluate potential partnerships or investments, and prepare data-driven decisions, think strategically and identify growth opportunities for the company.
Sales and Marketing Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills which include prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, relationship building, and closing deals.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively presenting ideas, negotiating with clients, and building relationships. Strong interpersonal skills are also necessary to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Positive attitude “CAN DO” and energetic.
Be able to work independently with result-oriented.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Good command of written and spoken English
Good computer proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
