Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and research.
Attend first meetings with potential clients, understand their needs, and position RBL as a strategic partner.
Conduct consultative discussions to uncover client pain points and propose tailored learning & development solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams (Project, Consulting, Delivery) to design proposals and ensure solutions meet client needs.
Track pipeline, sales activities, and outcomes in CRM, providing accurate reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, HR, Communications, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (experience in L&D, consulting, or HR solutions is a plus).
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and propose solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
