Lead budget team

• Lead budget team to monitor and control annual budget across all cost center under 40+ companies.
• Advise budget team on budgeting issues, SAP system and BPC system.

Prepare Annual and Half Year Budget

• Arrange and agree budget schedule with related team to ensure smooth working process.
• Kick-off budgeting timeline and communicate with all cost center owners.
• Prepare the company’s budget for Annual and Half year across 40+ companies.
• Understand the financial profile of each project / company. Forecast source of fund and financial cost to factor in the forecast.
• To understand inter-company transactions and allocation logic and apply these concepts to budget.
• Forecast and foreseen tax impact on single company level and recommend tax saving solutions.
• Forecast and foreseen impairment risk and mitigate those risks.
• Analyze annual budget and give recommendation / cautions to cost center owners.
• Combine and consolidate budget by business type.
• Present annual budget to EXCOM and deliver key concern message.

Forecast Performance

• Reforecast full year performance of Bond issuer companies to ensure that the required financial ratio is in good position throughout the year.
• Prepare projection till project lifetime to do impairment test support auditor.

PL& 10 Years Projection

• Work closely with long-term planning team to prepare consolidated 10 years projection.
• Provide recommendation and flag out the concern point on cash flow projection for company and its subsidiaries.
• Understand companies’ structure and shareholder’s structure across all 40+ companies to foresee impact of investment / divestment.
• Prepare consolidated 10 years (month-wise) P&L.

Budgeting Procedure

• Closely monitor and frequently revisit budgeting procedures to ensure that the procedure covers most budget cases and issues. Propose to be a work manual for anyone who works related to budget, making budget policy to be standardized not case-by case solution.

Budgeting Program

• Understand BPC system design (budgeting planning and consolidation) and be able to manage the smooth working procedure using BPC system together with excel for budget planning.
• Provide recommendations on the design and be able to implement further phase to the ease of use.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in budgeting and financial analysis, preferably in a multi-company environment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting methodologies, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in SAP and BPC systems is essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
