Work with media agency to scale up media coverage & brand visibility through media strategy for overall brand & product launch. Review media performance from top-to-lower funnel based on weekly basis and be able to recommend next step for the best media efficiency.
Build consumer engagement plan and strategy, devise customer recruitment plan and retention program and CRM- brand-specific activities to drive brand sales.
Lead to implement loyalty program to roll out in all doors. Be able to evaluate campaign effectiveness and next step.

Lead retail channel strategy to ensure retail execution excellence in all channels.
Drive productivity and service skills of ELEMIS Pro with Retail Manager, Field Coach, Retail Operation and Training Manager
Oversee day-to-day execution, trade activities including analysis on results in order to catch up with market competitiveness and recommend further actions
Develop ELEMIS Pro & Therapist competency with Training Manager and Field Coach through brand training protocol and evaluate their performance with constructive development plan every quarter
Take ownership by work with Visual Merchandising Manager (local & regional) to create the best customer journey & visual impact for focused product
Partner with department store and Key Account Manager to leverage store performance and uplift sales opportunity, request visibility and partnership
E-Business
Lead E-business sales with eCommerce Manager with yearly plan and support marketing expenses & activation to drive traffic and conversion, sell-in & sell-out
Orchestrate 360 communication with e-Business plan to create seamless customer journey
Work closely with eCommerce Manager, enabler, and media agency to drive qualified & quantified traffic to platform, manage promo, visibility and media performance
SPA
Support APAC SPA Director to drive SPA sales through marketing activation/support (i.e., event, VM)
Coordinate with local team to facilitate local operation (PO, Tester, Training support) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operation
Be the main contact point to facilitate on importation & licensing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, strategy or any related field.
7+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the luxury beauty or skincare retail industry
Strong command of communication in English
Has extensive experience of sales, operations, and training.
Proven ability to oversee all sales and operational activities.
Experience in strategic planning and executive.
Knowledge of structuring sales quota, commission scheme and revenue expectations
