KFC Foundation Management
- Own strategy development and implementation of KFC Foundation
- Elevate the social purpose components in the programs and leverage the partnerships and relationships to make a bigger impact on the communities
- Lead foundation programs, ensuring its delivery against key matrix
- Develop and author an annual CSR report that provides clear direction on strategy, delivery and performance
- Lead the existing fundraising events and development of new fundraising opportunities
- Act the main point of contact for Business in the related communities and attend relevant industry events
- Manage KFC Foundation day-to-day activities and administration
Brand Purpose Communications
- Lead the development of a calendar of activities and communications and oversee and drive the strategic direction of KFC’s purpose initiatives to create purposeful intention across all of KFC’s business activities to enhance and profile the brand as a good corporate citizen.
- Oversee and direct the effective execution and communication of a Purpose calendar including campaigns
Strategize and Drive Proactive PR & social media
- Drive and develop proactive long and short-term Public Relations strategies and plans that promote a positive reputation for KFC across both traditional and social media, as well as other communication channels.
- Traditional and Social media monitoring, listening and responding
Stakeholder Management
- Strategic management of the relationship with stakeholders
- Lead government stakeholder engagement
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 5-7 years overall experience in marketing communication, CSR, or related fields
- Strong influencing, communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business heads, department leaders and others
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills both Thai and English
- Excellent organisational and project skill
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, must be able to build, motivate, manage and develop strong teams
- Must be able to think strategically, creatively and innovatively
- Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships at all levels (internally and externally)
- Strong problem-solving ability with effective listening skills
- Attention to detail
