Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources e.g. event tracking and database to support business operations and decision-making
Report Development: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights and trends to stakeholders
Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data by performing data validation and quality checks
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, finance, customer service, sales and marketing, to understand data needs and provide actionable insights
Data Integration: Assist in integrating data from multiple sources into centralized databases or data warehouses
Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions or solve problems as they arise
Learning & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and techniques, and actively seek opportunities for professional development
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase)
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings in a clear and concise manner
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others
Curiosity & Initiative: Eagerness to learn new skills and take on challenges in a dynamic work environment
Year of experience: 0-1 year of experience, fresh graduates are welcome
