Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and requests
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance area
• Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with other duties as needed to support the smooth operations of the hotel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• Basic knowledge of front office operations and concierge services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a team player
