Bell Man & Valet - Bangkok

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with their luggage during the check-in and check-out process
• Escort guests to their rooms or villas, providing personalized service
• Be attentive and responsive to guests' needs, coordinating with the Guest Service Agent for assistance
• Handle special requests or arrangements from guests with efficiency and professionalism
• Communicate effectively in English to cater to international guests
• Fulfill a flexible work schedule to accommodate the operational needs of the establishment
• Possess a valid driver's license for valet parking duties
• This position is open to THAI males only

Qualifications

• Belief in providing top-notch customer service at all times
• Ability to warmly welcome and greet guests with a friendly demeanor
• Experience in handling luggage and assisting guests in a hospitality setting is a plus
• Proficiency in English communication to interact with international guests
• Flexibility in work hours to meet operational demands
• Possession of a valid driver's license for valet services
